We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) with strong Excel and organizational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, data entry, scheduling).

  • Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.

  • Support office operations and management with day-to-day administrative needs.

Requirements:

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, and formatting).

  • Previous administrative or office assistant experience required minimum 3 years

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
