Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Administrative Assistant (English/Spanish) with strong Excel and organizational skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to communicate effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking clients and staff.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative and clerical duties (filing, scanning, data entry, scheduling).
Prepare and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
Support office operations and management with day-to-day administrative needs.
Requirements:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, and formatting).
Previous administrative or office assistant experience required minimum 3 years
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
