Our Temple, Texas location is looking for an experienced Appliance Technician to join our team. We're seeking someone dependable and self-motivated who enjoys working independently, takes pride in their work, and can communicate clearly with customers.

Requirements:

• Must be EPA Certified with experience repairing R600 systems
• Must own a full set of tools, including sealed system tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a complete background check and drug screen
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily schedules effectively
• Comfortable using phone apps for dispatching, diagnostics, and reporting
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair a variety of household appliances, including sealed system work
• Communicate effectively with customers about issues, repairs, and costs
• Maintain accurate service records using mobile technology
• Travel locally in a company-provided vehicle to service appointments
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
