About this team

Working with internal teams, external agencies, and Peloton’s teams as well, this team is responsible for creating the vision and expression of lululemon’s all-new partnership with Peloton in the form of campaigns and initiatives of various sizes throughout the year. Forming a creative ethos true to the brand, building campaigns with internal and external teams, and presenting well to leadership will ensure Brand Creative’s success in the partnership.

A day in the life

Reporting to a Senior Creative Director in Global Brand Creative, your day-to-day responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Leading brand initiatives by developing innovative concepts that combine both brands' ethos, offering distinctive, modern, and engaging ideas that set us apart in the marketplace.
  • Managing a team of internal designers, writers, and operations while collaborating with Brand Marketing leaders to ensure transparency and alignment throughout the project's timeline.
  • Consulting and collaborating on the Brand Marketing brief before distribution to enhance its focus, requirements, and desired output.
  • Leading presentations to senior leaders in Creative, Brand Marketing, regions, their leadership teams, and Peloton's teams with calm and clear communication.
  • Collaborating with diverse agencies to meet brief needs, acting as a thought partner, practicing inclusivity, and driving clarity to earn trust within the Brand and agencies.
Qualifications:
  • The ability to actively and inclusively participate in creative working sessions with partnering agencies, resulting in unique ideas which take the brand into the future.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of contemporary culture, recognizing the significant role fitness, apparel, and creative communication play in enhancing brand and product awareness.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this positionis from $98,600-$129,400annually ; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
