Responsibilities Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange financing for their vehicle purchases. Present additional product offerings to enhance the customer’s vehicle and ownership experience. Ensure sales are structured for maximum profitability. Maintain necessary proficiency and certifications. Accurately desk deals, submit them to lenders, make credit decisions, and close deals effectively. Ensure all deals comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals. Audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements. Guarantee the prompt funding of all contracts. Qualifications Eagerness to improve and develop professionally. College degree or equivalent experience preferred. Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures. Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability. Understanding of title laws and registration processes. Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Negotiation and presentation skills expertise. Valid driver’s license.
