full-time or part-time hybrid opportunity for a skilled and dedicated
Behavior Analyst - BCBA to join our dynamic team. As a Behavior Analyst - BCBA at our organization, you will have the chance to apply your knowledge and experience to help clients achieve their goals and reach their full potential. This hybrid position offers a competitive annual salary of
$91,000-$96,000 and the opportunity to work from home at times.

In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, candidates may receive relocation reimbursement upon obtaining their Arizona Licensed Behavior Analyst (AZ LBA) certification (or in progress).
What you need:
- Current BACB certification
- Active LBA certification in Arizona
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills

SCHEDULE This is a hybrid position, giving you the opportunity to work from home part of the time! 50% will be remote and 50% in homes.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL? As a Behavior Analyst - BCBA at The Treetop, you play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective treatment plans for children with autism. Your expertise in behavioral therapy is instrumental in working directly with each client to support their growth and well-being. In addition to providing hands-on therapy, you also supervise other staff members during their sessions, ensuring consistency and quality in service delivery. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you maintain open and transparent dialogue between families and state directors, scheduling regular meetings to review and discuss each client's progress.
