Book Binder Operator Location: Grand Rapids, MI | Full-Time Color House Graphics, a leading book manufacturer, is seeking a skilled Binder Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining the perfect binder to ensure high-quality books are produced efficiently and on schedule. Key Responsibilities: Set up binder components (glue, mill, cover, trimmer). Inspect books for quality and make necessary adjustments. Label, skid, and move materials using a hi-lo or hand jack. Perform basic maintenance and assist bindery team members as needed. Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
