We are partnering with a school district in Suffolk County, MA to hire a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time position providing district-wide support across PreK–12 grade levels, with a Monday through Friday schedule. The role begins on September 9, 2025, and continues through June 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive and mission-driven district team to provide impactful behavioral consultation and services to students across all grade levels. You will collaborate with educators, IEP teams, and families to help implement effective behavioral strategies that drive student success. Position Details: * Location: Suffolk County, MA * Start Date: September 9, 2025 * End Date: June 2026 * Schedule: Monday–Friday * Grade Level: PreK–12 (District-wide support) * Hours: Full-time Responsibilities: * Provide district-wide behavioral support and consultation across all grade levels. * Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). * Collaborate with educators, IEP teams, and families to implement effective behavioral strategies. * Train and support staff on behavior management techniques and data collection. * Monitor student progress and adjust plans as needed. Qualifications: * Active BCBA certification. * Master’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field. * At least one year of experience conducting FBAs and implementing behavior interventions. * School-based experience preferred. * Strong collaboration and communication skills.
