Full-Time Position

Position Overview:

As a BCBA Clinical Supervisor at MTR Child & Family Services , you’ll lead the design and oversight of individualized behavior intervention programs for children and families. This includes conducting assessments, writing treatment plans, supervising staff, and providing coaching to parents and professionals.

Qualifications

• BCBA Certification (Required)
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Preferred)
• Clean background check (Required)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Tech-savvy: proficient with Microsoft Office and basic tools
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to quality care
• Professional demeanor and respectful collaboration
• Willing to travel up to 30+ miles as needed
• Team-oriented with a positive, solutions-focused attitude

Responsibilities

1. Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) using tools such as VB-MAPP, ABLLS/AFLS, and DAYC-2

2. Design and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

3. Supervise and train behavior technicians/interventionists

4. Analyze behavioral data to adjust treatments effectively

5. Prepare timely and professional reports (initial, progress, discharge)

6. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, families)

7. Uphold client confidentiality and ethical care standards

8. Provide parent coaching for at-home skill generalization

9. Mentor BCaBA/BCBA candidates

10. Lead in-house staff trainings

11. Attend team meetings and company events
