Kings III Emergency Communications is a leading provider of emergency telephones nationwide for elevators, parking garages, public/commercial swimming pools, etc. Our solutions include installation, monitoring, and maintenance. Our phones provide a communication solution when emergencies arise. Kings III Emergency Communications has a rich 30-plus year history in the life safety business, so we understand that our products must work when needed. We have an immediate opening for an experienced Elevator Technician . This position will install and/or service emergency phone equipment for our customers in the area market. The person in this position will work independently in the field, complete a daily assigned route, and maintain the inventory and tools on their truck. The Technician will communicate regularly with customers, field supervisors, installation coordinators, sales team members, and other stakeholders in order to gauge the scope of work and provide the full service on the first visit to the customer. The person in this position will be adaptable to work within the demands of changes in routes and work plans as needed. This position serves as the face of our company to new customers, and will need to provide quality customer service, as well as problem solving, troubleshooting, and accurate and complete work.
