About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its IT strategy and execution. The successful candidate will be a key member of the Senior Leadership team, responsible for ensuring that IT delivers measurable value across the organization. This includes driving efficiency, supporting the manufacturing and commercial agenda, and maintaining a secure, scalable, and resilient technology environment. The CIO will lead the IT roadmap, act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, and maximize the value of cloud-based ERP and enterprise platforms. Additionally, the role involves enabling the seamless integration of acquired businesses, driving IT due diligence for acquisitions, and fostering a high-performing IT team. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive IT leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior executive role. A strong background in ERP systems, M&A integration, and infrastructure modernization is essential. The role requires the ability to translate business needs into technology strategy, advance reporting and analytics capabilities, and ensure the stability and security of enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching and developing high-performing teams, and experience with Infor M3 ERP is a plus. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and the role demands a service-oriented mindset, strong vendor partnerships, and the ability to manage IT investments strategically.
