About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer to lead the technology strategy and product delivery for its Ancillary and Individual business, with a focus on improving health outcomes and advancing global health equity. The successful candidate will be responsible for connecting technology with the business and user needs, driving operational efficiency, and leading a high-performing engineering team. Applicants must have at least 15 years' of leadership experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in healthcare or insurance product development, and a background in specialty benefits is preferred. The role demands a leader with a customer-first mindset, a history of executing with excellence, and a leadership style that fosters innovation and transparent communication. The CIO will be expected to simplify the technology landscape, lead through influence in a matrixed environment, and manage a significant budget. Experience in cloud migration, system integration, and a strong technical background are essential.
