Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff Location: Williamsburg, Brooklyn, NY (On-site) Industry: Healthcare Compensation: $120,000$180,000

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership in a growing healthcare organization. This role blends high-level executive support with strategic execution, ensuring priorities are aligned, initiatives move forward, and day-to-day operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-ups for leadership meetings
Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

Strategic & Operational Execution

Track leadership priorities, projects, and action items across departments
Drive follow-up and accountability on key initiatives and deadlines
Translate executive direction into clear tasks, timelines, and deliverables

Project & Communication Management

Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure alignment between teams
Monitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues
Support operational and administrative initiatives as needed

Qualifications

5+ years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or similar role
Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills
Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to manage sensitive information
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Healthcare experience is preferred
