FulCrop Sciences / Bokashi Earthworks develops carbon-based humate fertilizers, microbial inoculants, and soil-enhancing inputs for farms, co-ops, garden centers, and growers. We help customers improve soil health, yields, and crop quality with science-backed products.
The Role
We’re hiring a part-time, commission-only Sales Representative to grow wholesale and retail accounts. You’ll focus on outreach to farms, farmer co-ops, and garden stores —primarily by phone and email—from wherever you work best.
Schedule: 2–3 days per week (flexible daytime hours)
What You’ll Do
Prospect and call farms, co-ops, and garden centers; introduce our fertilizer and microbial product lines
Qualify needs, present solutions, send price sheets, and move opportunities through the pipeline
Follow up on quotes, close orders, and coordinate hand-off to fulfillment
Maintain organized notes and deal stages in our CRM
Build lasting account relationships that reorder season after season
What You’ll Bring
Phone-first sales experience (inside sales, telesales, or account development)
Familiarity with agriculture/horticulture or a strong desire to learn quickly
Clear communication, professional email skills, and disciplined follow-up
Self-starter mindset; comfortable working remotely and managing your own time
