Key Responsibilities Document progress, conduct inspections, and collaborate with Resident Engineers to maintain project integrity. Oversee and manage municipal construction projects from inception to completion. Develop and review project plans, specifications, and cost estimates. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Prepare and present project reports and documentation. Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations and codes. Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred. Ideally, 2 to 10 years of related experience. EIT or PE is a plus Proven track record of successfully managing municipal construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
