Assist with evaluating the broader corporate financial strategy of Booz Allen. Leverage knowledge of financial metrics and their impact on major financial statements. Perform strategic financial analyses including merger consequences, accretion and dilution, leveraged buyout, discounted cash flow, sum-of-parts, and public trading and acquisition analysis. Focus on executing the mergers and acquisition process, interacting with senior leaders, and playing an integral role within the corporate development team.
