Job Details

ROLE OVERVIEW: You'll work directly with partners handling sophisticated corporate and commercial litigation matters, with significant responsibility and client interaction from the start. The firm's 1:1 partner-to-associate ratio ensures exceptional mentorship and professional development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Draft corporate litigation pleadings, motions, and briefs for complex matters
• Participate in proceedings before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other courts
• Analyze corporate governance documents and transaction structures
• Research complex legal issues in corporate law and governance
• Support all phases of litigation from initial filings through trial preparation
• Engage with clients under partner guidance

QUALIFICATIONS:

• JD from a well-regarded law school (minimum 3.4 GPA)
• 3-6 years of corporate/commercial litigation experience at a reputable firm
• Strong writing and analytical skills
• Delaware bar admission or willingness to take the exam
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
