Starting Pay: $17/Hour

Compensation:

• Pay starts at $16/hr for Part-Time and up to $17/hr for Full-Time.

Position Details:

• Shifts available from 4:45 am to 1:00 am, Monday to Saturday.
• Part-Time roles require Friday and Saturday availability.
• Full-Time roles demand flexible availability for day and evening shifts.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years old or older.
• Comfortable working outside.
• Proficient with cash registers and iPads.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently.
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
• Dedicated to customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service with a positive attitude.
• Utilize our CORE 4 model: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected.
• Accurately take orders quickly, whether at the front counter or in the drive-thru.
• Keep the area clean and stocked when not serving customers.
• Ensure product quality and consistency.
• Assist in opening and closing the restaurant as needed.
• Support all front-of-house stations including dining room, drive-thru, and drinks.
• Have knowledge of our menu and brand.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.
