We have a 100% onsite Data Analyst contract in Mississippi. The anticipated start is July 1, 2025. The Data Analyst will evaluate existing systems and processes used to manage roadway characteristics inventory, along with the client's reporting workflows, to identify areas for improvement. This may include enhancing, augmenting, modifying, or resolving issues related to version compatibility, code defects, or other technical challenges. All proposed changes will take into consideration the updated Highway Performance Monitoring System (HPMS) reporting requirements and other applicable guidelines set forth by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). Minimum Qualifications 5+ Years with Linear Referencing Methods in Oracle 5+ Years working with Oracle Workspace Manager 5+ Years’ experience with HPMS and Federal Reporting (FHWA) and Roadway Characteristics Inventory Data Management 5+ Years of database logic 5+ Years working with PL/SQL coding 5+ Years using Oracle Workspace Manager RIMS - State DOT roadway asset/inventory data Mandatory Requirement: Candidate must have prior experience working with State Department of Transportation (DOT) roadway asset and inventory data, as well as demonstrated experience with Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) reporting.
