Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr We are seeking a Senior Data Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our growing data team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and automating test frameworks to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of our data feeds and reports. This includes working with complex data marts, data warehouses, and integration pipelines. Your proficiency in Python will be crucial for automating tests and conducting advanced data analysis. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated tests for validating data integrity across feeds, reports, and storage systems. Develop QA frameworks and reusable test scripts using Python. Validate the accuracy and completeness of compliance and regulatory reports. Perform root cause analysis of data issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them. Test data flows and transformations within data marts, warehouses, and integration platforms. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to define data quality metrics and testing strategies. Document QA procedures, test cases, and results clearly and consistently. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Required Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Data Quality, Data QA, or Data Engineering role. Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and data validation. Proven experience testing data warehouses, data marts, and ETL/ELT pipelines. Solid understanding of SQL and data profiling techniques. Familiarity with data governance, data compliance, and regulatory reporting. Experience with QA tools, test frameworks, and version control systems. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Familiarity with CI/CD tools and test automation frameworks. Knowledge of data modeling and metadata management. Experience working in regulated industries such as finance, healthcare, or insurance.
