Join Our Mission: Dive into the forefront of AI/ML-based personalization in the financial industry. As an integral part of our startup, you will craft predictive models and establish a framework for model testing across varied audiences. Collaborate with our data and platform teams to standardize templates for tracking and performance reporting. Your contributions will not only shape our data-driven culture but also influence the purchasing and service/support behaviors across a broad spectrum of financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify distinct user segments through analysis of web behavior and analytics data.
- Design and refine AI/ML predictive models to anticipate product preferences and buying behaviors, utilizing segment and cluster analysis.
- Partner with the platform team to conduct comparative tests of AI/ML models across different audience groups.
- Explore and analyze consumer and business online behaviors regarding financial product research and application.
- Ensure the secure integration of various data sources for comprehensive analysis and reporting.
- Develop templated tracking systems for efficient use across multiple client projects.
- Create insightful dashboards to monitor and report on the efficacy of personalization initiatives for financial institutions.
- Contribute to the strategic development and ongoing enhancement of the Finalytics.ai platform.
- Lead the development of an analytics roadmap to drive growth through data-driven personalization.
Your Experience
- At least 3 years of experience collaborating with technical teams as a data scientist.
- Proficient in utilizing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager, Big Query, Tableau, Power BI).
- Skilled in SQL and/or Python programming for data analysis and model development.
- Experienced in constructing Machine Learning models for predictive analysis and segmentation, with familiarity in methods such as K-Means, XGBoost, KNN, Random Forests, etc.
- Background in data integration and querying platforms (e.g., Big Query, R Studio, Jupyter) is essential.
- Prior experience in the financial sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
