Delivery Driver (Non-CDL)

The driver will be the face of the company while interacting with internal and external customers every day. Must be friendly with a great attitude and willingness to exceed customer needs. The ideal candidate with be able to work independently, require minimal supervision and able to communicate effectively at all times.

Responsibilities:

1. Make commercial deliveries to customers.
2. Safely operate 26 ft box truck.
3. Interact with customers throughout the day while making deliveries.
4. Able to move up to 75 pounds manually.
5. Loading and unloading truck when needed.
6. Properly stage product for efficient loading and unloading.
7. Must be able to plan routes for the quickest routes using GPS.
8. May be asked to assist with other tasks in the production / warehouse when not out on delivery.
9. Make deliveries alone or in teams when required.

Qualifications:

1. Knowledge of DFW area highways and traffic patterns.
2. Able to use GPS navigation to efficiently plan delivery routes and schedules.
3. Possess integrity and a good work ethic.
4. Valid Class C Texas Driver’s License
5. DOT Medical Certification – Documentation required
6. Clean driving history – Documentation required
7. Ability to pass 7-year background check with no felonies, theft or violence.
8. Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable.
9. Must be flexible to meet work schedules, as required.
10. Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal.
