Senior ExoCad Designer – All-on-X (Implant Restorations)

Phoenix, AZ |   State-of-the-Art Full-Service Dental Laboratory

Salary Senior Level: $90,000–$110,000/year (based on experience)

Join one of the most advanced full-service dental laboratories in the U.S., with skilled professionals across multiple departments. We specialize in full-arch All-on-X implant restorations and are seeking an experienced, ExoCad-proficient designer to join our growing digital team.

This is a desktop-based digital design role focused entirely on ExoCad work, no physical model work, chairside assisting, or ceramic finishing. If you're an experienced ExoCad designer who thrives on precision, collaboration, and innovation, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• All-on-X Design : Create full-arch implant restorations using ExoCad , ensuring precision, occlusal function, and esthetics.
• Digital Workflow : Focus entirely on digital design at a workstation. This is a non-chairside role with no physical model handling.
• Collaboration : Work closely with a large team of implant specialists and lab technicians.
• Quality Control : Review and refine designs before releasing to production.
• Project Ownership : Handle complex, high-level designs with minimal supervision.
• Continuous Learning : Stay updated on the latest tools and techniques in ExoCad and digital dental design.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience designing full-arch implant restorations (All-on-X) using ExoCad (required).
• Deep understanding of full-arch protocols, design principles, and ExoCad’s features.
• Ability to work independently on complex, high-level implant designs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Preferred: Prior experience in a high-volume, fast-paced dental lab setting.
