Our office is a modern, patient-focused dental office in the heart of Miami Beach. We combine advanced dentistry with a warm, welcoming environment — creating a seamless experience for every patient from the moment they walk in.
Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
Responsibilities:
Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
Answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments
Verify insurance and collect co-pays
Manage patient records and maintain HIPAA compliance
Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth daily flow
Handle patient inquiries and support follow-up communication
Qualifications:
Prior dental front desk or medical office experience preferred
Knowledge of dental insurance verification and scheduling software (Dentrix, Open Dental, etc.)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Reliable, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
