*Rehab Services of Nevada* is seeking an experienced *Physical Therapist* to serve as *Director of Rehabilitation* at *Northern Nevada Regional Hospital in Elko, Nevada*. This leadership role blends *hands-on patient care* with *program oversight* in a collaborative hospital environment.
This position includes a mix of *acute care and outpatient physical therapy* and works closely with *Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy* in a multidisciplinary setting.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care in *acute care and outpatient* settings
* Serve as *Director of Rehabilitation*, supporting daily operations and clinical excellence
* Collaborate with *PT, OT, and Speech Therapy* in a team-based model
* Support scheduling, productivity, and quality improvement initiatives
* Ensure compliance with hospital, state, and payer regulations
* Assist with staff mentorship, onboarding, and professional development
* Work closely with hospital administration and medical staff
*Qualifications*
* Licensed *Physical Therapist* (or license eligible) in the State of Nevada
* *3+ years* of clinical experience preferred but not required
* Experience in *acute care and outpatient rehabilitation* preferred
* Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required
* Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
