Job Summary

The Division President (DP) role will serve as an essential member of the FLIK executive leadership team supporting 20 premium airport lounge locations across the country. The position will be responsible for driving revenue and maximizing growth opportunities for the Sector. The DP will also provide direct leadership in production, logistics and people support while reaching the Company's goals as well as devising and executing against strategic initiatives along with advancing the overall growth of the brand. This position is remote with travel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revenue and Profitability leadership shape and develop sector strategy and organization.
  • Environmental scanning and strategic context advise the CEO/CFO on strategic business development and key corporate planning opportunities that positively impact the overall business.
  • People, performance and culture drive the organization initiatives supporting people, overall organization performance, and maximization of culture for the organization.
  • Account retention set performance goals tailored for the regions within the area of responsibility in the sector.
  • Innovation and operational excellence drive innovation, brand uniqueness and operational excellence across the portfolio.

Skills

  • Knowledge of strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong leadership skills in developing, recruiting, and retaining top industry talent.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership capabilities over decentralized locations.
  • Thorough understanding of contracting, negotiating and change management; examining and reengineering operations and procedures.
  • Competency for developing and managing resources.
  • Aptitude for analyzing and interpreting financial data.
  • Awareness of public relations principles and practices.
  • Capability to develop and deliver presentations to internal and external customers/clients.
  • Strong community relations, sales and marketing dexterity.
  • Ability to identify and secure funding/revenue sources.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and simultaneously manage several competing initiatives.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Proven track record of multiunit operational experience with a portfolio of at least $200million or greater.
  • 8 to 12 years of progressive managerial and significant financial experience.
  • Excellent presentation skills at the Division President level.
  • Proven ability to drive client and customer satisfaction.
  • Established proficiency in developing and implementing new business models.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for managing a team at the VP/Sr. Director level or above.
  • Ability to travel extensively based on business needs (hubs: Newark, Chicago, Dulles, Denver, SanFrancisco, Houston, LosAngeles).
