Title: Documentation Specialist Location: Candidate can be located in GPO (Pensacola, FL), WOC (Winchester, VA), or HQ (Vienna, VA), hybrid. Duration: 6 month contract Compensation: $25-33 per hour Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S. Job Summary: Team members in this role will participate in the development and follow-up analysis of policy, procedure, and process updates. Documentation Specialists will collaborate directly with business unit SMEs to draft, review, and post procedure or manual content onto the internal intranet. They will participate directly in annual procedure review efforts and rapid procedure correction/creation to support training and regulatory needs. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams and demonstrate proficiency in using technical tools and software such as Microsoft Word, HTML, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Visio, Asana, and similar web/internet-based technologies to support documentation efforts effectively.
