Caruso Electrical Contracting is seeking an experienced Project Manager with some estimating experience to oversee electrical projects from start to finish. The scope of work includes direct oversight of small, medium and large projects anywhere from $10,000 up to $5,000,000 in value and managing manpower, change orders, budgets, schedules, and maintaining our standard of quality. Our customers rely on us for our very accommodating approach to project management and customer relations, which is all in our project management team's wheelhouse.

The day to day responsibilities include:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage electrical projects through completion.
• Oversee manpower, scheduling, and project budgets.
• Prepare and manage change orders and assist with estimating/takeoffs.
• Ensure compliance with NEC standards, safety policies, and quality requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, general contractors, and field staff.
• Track project costs and profitability.
• Supporting and working with the estimating team.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in the electrical construction industry (2+ years in project management).
• Experience in commercial or industrial electrical projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical estimating and project coordination.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license required; OSHA 30 preferred.
