As an Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will leverage your extensive clinical training and expertise to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and physical examinations, and diagnosing medical conditions.
• Collaborating with attending physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, administering treatments, and performing minor surgical procedures as needed.
• Mentoring new staff and training Physician Assistant students to foster an environment of learning and collaboration.
• Ensuring accurate patient coding for billing and maintaining detailed medical records.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current NP License, ATLS, and BCLS certifications required upon hire.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients and the healthcare team.
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance at all times.
