We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in communications, public relations, or marketing. As a Communications Associate, you will play a vital part in enhancing our brand image and managing communication strategies that align with our organizational goals.

Location: Minneapolis, MN 
Pay Range: $950 - $1300 per week
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance brand awareness.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and internal communications materials.
  • Manage and update social media platforms to engage with our audience effectively.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and news to inform communication efforts.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
  • Collaborate with team members to gather content and create engaging promotional materials.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for storytelling.
