About the Role This is not a back‑office seat. This is a full‑desk executive search career track built for someone polished, disciplined, emotionally intelligent, and ready to develop real consulting and recruiting muscle. You’ll learn executive search from the inside out — not through theory, but through daily exposure to senior HR leaders, CHROs, and business executives. You’ll help shape candidate pipelines, run sourcing strategies, participate in client conversations, and eventually lead your own searches. Responsibilities Learn executive search hands‑on — observing and participating in real senior‑level HR and Talent conversations. Join client visits, candidate meetings, and live search strategy sessions. Support and eventually run searches for $70K–$300K HR leadership roles . Build sourcing pipelines, conduct outreach, qualify candidates, and manage interview processes. Grow into a trusted advisor capable of influencing CHROs, VPs of HR, and executive decision‑makers. You’ll develop both sides of the desk — business development and recruiting — the true engine of a successful search career. Qualifications Required (1–8 Years Experience): Recruiting, HR, or B2B sales experience — internships count. Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field. (Big Ten and top‑tier universities are strongly valued but not required.) Outgoing, intelligent, coachable — someone who brings energy and curiosity into every interaction. Strong verbal communication; people naturally respond to your tone and presence. Able to commute to our Gold Coast office 5 days/week (100% in‑person). Preferred: Sourcing or full‑cycle recruiting experience Phone‑heavy roles where you built relationships quickly If you have the gift of conversation and the discipline to follow through, we can teach you the rest.
