Fertility Nurse

Full-Time / Part-Time / Locum
On-Site

About the Role
We are seeking experienced Fertility Nurses to explore opportunities with premier fertility and reproductive medicine programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem/locum, offering the chance to provide patient-centered care in state-of-the-art clinics, support advanced fertility treatments, and collaborate closely with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, and other clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments, including IVF, IUI, and other assisted reproductive procedures.
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, and pre-/post-procedure care.
• Monitor patient progress, administer injections, and assist with cycle monitoring and lab procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the U.S. or eligibility for licensure.
• 2+ years of experience in fertility, OB/GYN, or women’s health preferred.
• Strong communication, patient education, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment.
• A candidate must already be authorized to work in the United States.
