About the Role:
The Maintenance Tech PM shift at Tucson Hotel Management, LLC plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of hotel facilities during the afternoon and evening hours. This position focuses on performing preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime and enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining a safe, clean, and fully functional environment. The Maintenance Tech will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, contributing directly to the overall operational efficiency of the hotel. Collaboration with other departments is essential to prioritize maintenance requests and respond promptly to urgent issues.
