Job Title: Special Project Sales – Commercial HVAC

Location: Houston, TX

Pay: $90 - $120k

Position Summary:

We’re seeking a motivated individual to manage and grow commercial HVAC service sales within an assigned market. This role is responsible for meeting annual sales goals, developing key accounts, and delivering high-quality solutions tailored to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed annual booking goals through effective sales strategy and execution.
• Qualify leads, deliver impactful sales presentations, and handle customer objections professionally.
• Survey mechanical systems, assess needs, and recommend repairs, modifications, or replacements.
• Estimate job costs and apply company pricing standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by providing timely, cost-effective service solutions.
• Manage time and appointments efficiently to maximize productivity.
• Proactively follow up on leads, referrals, and quotes to ensure steady pipeline activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Maintain clear documentation including proposals, reports, and booking packages.

What You Bring:

• Proven ability to close sales and build strong client relationships.
• Solid understanding of mechanical systems and HVAC services.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of sales processes within commercial environments.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
