Who we are looking for We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Income Tax Associate (Officer) to join our Corporate Tax team. This role will focus on the preparation and support of the U.S. Federal and State income tax provision and compliance processes. What you will be responsible for Tax Provision & Compliance: Prepare monthly and quarterly income tax provisions in accordance with ASC 740. Calculate and review tax journal entries, including current and deferred tax expense. Prepare book-to-tax adjustments and support US international tax computations. Prepare U.S. Federal and State income tax returns, including supporting workpapers and schedules. Calculate, coordinate and remit federal and state tax payments. Assist in the preparation of cash tax forecasts and related analysis. Regulatory Reporting: Support the preparation of tax-related disclosures for regulatory reporting deliverables. Compile and analyze variances and provide clear, data-driven explanations for tax-related impacts. Process Optimization & Technology Enablement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate tax processes using AI tools and data analytics platforms. Contribute to building best-in-class tax processes by leveraging Microsoft Copilot and other intelligent automation tools. Internal Controls & Documentation: Ensure compliance with SOX/internal control requirements for all tax processes. Maintain process documentation and support internal and external audit requests. Education & Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation or CPA preferred). 1–3 years of relevant experience in corporate tax or public accounting. Knowledge of U.S. Federal and State income tax laws and ASC 740. Experience with tax software (e.g., OneSource,); familiarity with automation platforms (e.g. Alteryx ) and AI tools is a plus. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Are you the right candidate? Yes!
