We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will respond to customer service requests and perform timely, efficient repairs on commercial and industrial cleaning equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service and repair industrial and commercial equipment, including small motors, floor machines, pressure washers, and vacuums.
• Manage inventory control of replacement parts and equipment.
• Assist the Service Coordinator with parts inventory and accountability for parts used in the field.
• Complete all scheduled service calls following established service procedures.
• Support industrial equipment demonstrations or rentals for sales, staff, management, or customers.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls and hours worked, both on-site and in-house.
• Minimize customer downtime through Planned Maintenance Agreement sales.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with motors and electrical systems.
• Experience with propane or pressure pump systems.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong organizational and clerical skills to maintain a fully stocked parts department.
• Previous computer experience preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly rate: $20–$30, based on experience, qualifications, and location.
