Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Do:

• Lead international tax planning, compliance, and advisory services for corporate and partnership clients across a wide range of industries.
• Review and oversee preparation of U.S. international reporting forms (e.g., 5471, 5472, 8865, 8858).
• Advise on U.S. inbound and outbound structuring , transfer pricing, foreign tax credits, and treaty interpretation.
• Provide guidance on ASC 740 and international provisions of the U.S. tax code.
• Conduct complex cross-border M&A tax planning , transaction structuring, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with partners and business development teams to identify new opportunities and expand client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, ensuring quality deliverables and efficient project execution.
• Stay current with global tax law changes and interpret their impact for client strategies.

Qualifications – What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required; CPA or JD/LLM preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive international tax experience in public accounting or industry .
• Deep expertise in:
• U.S. international tax compliance (inbound/outbound)
• Foreign tax credit rules and U.S. withholding tax
• FIRPTA , tax treaties, and GILTI/Subpart F
• Transfer pricing methodologies and documentation
• ASC 740 provisions and tax reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage multiple engagements, and build strong client relationships.
