About the role As a Junior Business Analyst, you'll support our transformation initiatives, applying lean principles and agile methodologies to improve processes and client experiences. You'll work with stakeholders, participate in workshops, and analyze data to identify improvements. The experience we’re looking for: Interest in business process optimisation (e.g., Lean Six Sigma). Exposure to Agile, Jira, Confluence. Curiosity and willingness to question and improve processes. Analytical skills and data interpretation. Experience in process improvement, academic projects or cross-functional teams. Knowledge of process modelling tools (e.g., BPMN) is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
