Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Junior Marketing Manager in Northern Virginia, VA, with some remote work flexibility. The Junior Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing digital marketing campaigns, coordinating social media activities, and creating compelling content to engage patients. Additional responsibilities include analyzing marketing performance metrics, conducting market research, collaborating with external and internal teams, and supporting the implementation of branding initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Ai Digital Marketing, including managing social media platforms, email marketing, and campaign optimization
• Experience in Content Marketing, including content creation, writing, and development of promotional materials
• Ability to conduct Local Market Research and analyze marketing performance metrics
• Organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
• Experience and expertise in Ai Marketing tools, Canva, CRM tools or GHL, etc
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry is a plus but not required
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
