Paid Training Bonus Program: As an Assistant General Manager, you will be eligible for a bonus based on restaurant performance, paid out periodically. A day in the life of an Assistant General Manager: Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring adherence to KFC standards and policies. Lead and manage a team, supporting training, scheduling, and performance evaluations. Manage inventory, food safety, and customer concerns. Oversee financial aspects, including cash management and expenses. Collaborate with the General Manager on growth strategies and brand image. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close the restaurant at least twice a week. Ability to lift, carry, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
