Job Description

Description: The Localization Project Manager will be responsible for the following: + Day-to-day scheduling, tracking, and verification of localization orders + Coordinate with internal production teams and 3rd party productions on timelines, proxy deliveries, and metadata requirements + Create purchase orders for localization services, reconcile invoices for final approval and payment + Monitor all milestone and delivery due dates, update schedules, issue alerts if schedules are falling behind, and report status throughout final delivery to Original Content Services and other stakeholders Qualifications: + Minimum of 2-4+ years' experience managing complex media localization workflows across digital content platforms, creator communities, streaming services, or modern content delivery environments + Advanced knowledge of video and audio localization servicing workflows (foreign language subtitles, SDH, captions and dubbing) + Understanding of the requirements and standards of different countries + Knowledge of how to work with different audio/video containers, codecs, and file formats + Adaptive and innovative, able to manage multiple expectations while identifying opportunities for process improvement in a fast-paced, growing environment + Experience with modern content creation workflows, digital-first delivery methods, and agile project management approaches + Proficiency in LAS, German or Japanese preferred + Proficiency with Airtable, including automation features and workflow optimization capabilities Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
