An international plant-based manufacturing company is seeking an Overnight Production Associate who will assist the production manager.

• $21/hr. Plus full benefits and bonus
• Overnight shift

Monday – Thursday and Sunday 10:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m.

• Somerset, NJ

Requirements of the Production Associate (Overnight):

• At least 1 year of experience working in a production, preferably in food manufacturing, but open to others
• HS Degree or equivalent required
• Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move, and handle equipment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Able to communicate, read, and understand in English
• Knowledge of the applicable processes and related equipment

Responsibilities of the Production Associate (Overnight) :

• Monitor production lines and GMP areas and report issues to the supervisor
• Log line stops and losses via Teams
• Contact Maintenance or QC as needed
• Follow SOPs, SSOPs, and company policies
• Flag noncompliance and unusual data in records
• Support training for new line workers
• Keep workspace clean and safe
• Enter and manage production data
• Ensure daily production goals are met
