Job Title: MIG Welder

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a MIG Welder, where you will engage in welding galvanized steel to create ladders and frames. This role does not require certification, but a strong hold in your welds is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on galvanized steel.
• Manufacture ladders and frames through welding.
• Assemble components purchased from different sources by welding them together.
• Interpret blueprints to ensure accurate construction.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with welding galvanized steel.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No certifications or technical degree required.
• Ability to lay a strong, nice bead.

Work Environment

The role is based in a fabrication shop with production-style welding. While the shop may be dirtier, it offers spacious booths for welding, providing a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
