Non-Profit Business Office Administrator ( Hybrid Position)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 7:00 AM–4:30 PM on-site | Friday remote | Occasional Saturday mornings for appointments
Status: Full-Time | Generous starting salary + benefits
We’re hiring a Business Office Administrator to serve as a structural leader within our nonprofit coalition. This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting operations, compliance, and community coordination across Northeast Iowa. You’ll work directly with the founder to manage systems, mentor team members, and ensure smooth day-to-day flow — both in-office and remotely.
