Order Puller – 3rd Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Location: West Chester, OH
Shift: 3rd Shift | Sunday-Thursday - 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM - temp-to-hire opportunity!
Pay: $18.75 to start - Eligible for benefits and pay increase once hired full-time
Position Summary:
The Order Puller is responsible for accurately pulling and staging customer orders using a sit-down forklift. This role plays a key part in ensuring that shipments are prepared and ready for on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a sit-down forklift to pull orders based on pick lists or shipping manifests
* Verify product codes, quantities, and conditions
* Stage orders in designated shipping areas for loading
* Safely and efficiently move materials throughout the warehouse
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and staging areas
* Follow all safety protocols and equipment procedures
Requirements:
* Recent experience operating a sit-down forklift
* Prior warehouse or order pulling experience strongly preferred
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
