We are seeking a licensed Insurance agent to grow our business in the region.
We offer a competitive base salary $45,000 + benefits including health insurance options + bonuses and incentives (first-year compensation $60k - $80K) and have the most amazing training and support in the industry.

Responsibilities-Manage New Business insurance sales process.
-Develop insurance referral network amongst realtors, mortgage loan officers, homeownership groups and communities.
-Convert data leads and live calls provided into sales
-Use CRM systems to document and manage sales pipeline.
-Proactively run requotes audits to reengage missed, lost, or aged leads opportunities.
-Meet agency sales goals, bundle rates, and referral expectations.
Requirements-P&C License is REQUIRED/MUST HAVE
-2 years customer service, or sales experience
-Positive, self-driven, motivated attitude
-Problem solver
