HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE (Overview & Key Responsibilities):

The primary role of the Packaging Project Manager is to ensure the timely and accurate execution of testing projects through the Packaging lab in accordance with the requested services specified in the customer contract.

  • Start up and oversee multiple projects by reviewing test contracts, protocols and associated information, organizing test specimens and creating worksheets for testing.
  • Communicate project details to others involved in testing and management.
  • Communicate professionally with clients.
  • Write test reports and letters.
  • Document project details and milestones in database and arrange shipment of test samples as required.
  • Submit invoices for work completed in conjunction with the job file.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT WILL SET YOU APART (Preferred Qualifications):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering or the Sciences’
  • 2-5 years’ experience in lab environment or engineering role, preferred
