Location Preference: Must reside in Texas (or another Central Time Zone state)
What Youll Do:
Review and process prior authorization (PA) forms
Work with insurance payers to help facilitate prescription approvals
Troubleshoot coverage issues and answer drug-related benefit questions
Coordinate medication fulfillment with pharmacies
Participate in building and refining processes in a fast-moving, startup environment
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas (must be licensed in your state of residence)
Strong knowledge of third-party billing, insurance benefits, and prior authorizations
Previous PBM experience strongly preferred
Tech-savvy with excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Adaptable and comfortable navigating a changing work environment
Work-from-Home Requirements:
Reliable, high-speed internet
Dedicated workspace that ensures HIPAA compliance (door must be closable)
This is a full-time remote role candidates must be fully focused during working hours (no childcare coverage during work time)
All equipment (laptop, headset, keyboard) will be provided
