Compensation: $40hr-$50hr

Job Summary:

HiHealthCare is seeking dedicated and compassionate Facility Per Diem Nurses to join our team. As a per diem nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose your shifts while providing high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare facilities. Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed.

• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare providers.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records.

• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA regulations.

• Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Hawaii.

• Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience in an acute care, long-term care, or facility-based setting preferred.

• Current BLS/CPR certification (additional certifications may be required depending on the facility).

• Strong clinical skills with the ability to adapt to different healthcare environments.

• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach.
