Pest Control Technician (Full-Time)

What You’ll Do

• Manage a predominantly residential route —inspect, diagnose, and treat pest issues.
• Build strong relationships with clients and partner with them on prevention.
• Document services in our mobile system and follow safety best practices.

Training & Ongoing Support

• Paid, structured onboarding (first 30 days): pest biology, technology of pest management, service protocols, and state license prep with test tutoring.
• Mixed learning: ride-alongs with a senior PMP , digital/video modules, self-study, and one-on-one tutoring.
• Continued support: service-manager ride-alongs, help with difficult cases, and ongoing one-on-one & classroom training.

Pay & Benefits

• $25–$30/hour DOE (paid training). Most of our technicians begin making $65,000-$85,000 annually after training is completed.
• Commission available after you obtain your State License .
• Medical & Dental , Paid Vacation .
• Company vehicle, phone, equipment, and supplies (take-home vehicle in most cases).
• Schedule: Generally Monday–Friday ; optional Saturdays available for extra $.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with a reasonable record required
  (we may be able to work with past errors—call for details) .
• Must pass a criminal background check .
• Helpful (not required): current pest-control license; experience in sales, customer service, construction, or handyman work ; comfort with mobile apps/technology; strong problem-solving skills.
