Employment Structure

• $17.68 - $27.74/Hour

Full-time, Sunday-Saturday, variable hours scheduled between 6 am and 8 pm, five days a week, every other weekend required.

Responsibilities

As a mobile phlebotomist, most days you will conduct a blood drive around town in one of our recognizable buses. On other days you will be at a donation center greeting many of our regular donors by name. Every day you'll be having fun making a measurable difference in your community.

We are looking for someone who can

• Greet blood donors and make them comfortable with the procedure, answering questions about the process as needed
• Perform blood draws (PAID TRAINING PROVIDED)
• Set up and break down equipment for mobile blood drives
• Drive the company vehicle as needed
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily production goals
• Maintain accurate records
• High School Diploma or GED
• Great customer service and interpersonal skills
• Active driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel as required
• Able to lift 40lbs
